Personalized Yoga Practice

Yoga was meant to be co-practiced with Ayurveda. The time of day, season of the year, stage of life, and other environmental factors are all important to consider when practicing yoga as a tool for balance. Once you determine your unique constitution, it is much easier to understand  your own nature, and to learn what your body truly needs as it shifts with life's natural cycles.
