Circus & Play
All work and no play is never a healthy way to live. We want to be serious about so much of our life, especially when it comes to our health and spiritual practices. It can be easy to get caught up in discipline and taking life a little too seriously. These styles of yoga and mindfulness incorporate circus arts and fun time into your practice- to remind you that "all the world is a stage and all the men and women merely players." (William Shakespeare)

"We don't stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing."
-George Bernard Show

Hoopyasa
This style of Vinyasa yoga adds a hula hoop to your practice to increase fluidity and flow in your body, while softening the mind and allowing your inner child to take the reigns of your practice.

Aerial Yoga
Experience what it feels like to defy gravity and get a little extra support in your inverted practice. This is not only extremely healthy for your spine, circulatory system, and a supportive prop to get into postures that would normally be too harsh on your body; but it is also incredibly fun!
